Hilliard will celebrate the Old Hilliard Fest and Art Fair on September 13, 2014. Hilliard is also home to the First Responders Park Memorial, one of the largest 9/11 memorial sites in the country.
Hilliard residents enjoy many community events throughout the year, including a 4th of July celebration and a Fall Festival. Hilliard provides ample recreation for its citizens with public parks, sports fields, tennis courts, two community pools, a senior center and a community center.
Hilliard High Schools hold Silver rank from US News and World Report
Hilliard schools are well-regarded, and all three high schools in the City of Hilliard are recognized for excellence by U.S. News and World Report. Darby High School, Bradley High School and Davidson High School each received a Silver ranking in 2014. Hilliard schools are also known for their sports achievements, with various teams progressing to state championship competitions.
