Darren Falk joined Buyer’s Resource Realty Services as an Exclusive Buyer’s Agent in June 2015. Darren is a 30-year resident of Central Ohio, and is locally well-known as the Director of Bands at New Albany High School. Darren is also a professional musician and a music instructor.
Darren’s interest in real estate began several years ago, when he was a Buyer-Client of Buyer’s Resource Realty Services. Darren had been involved in real estate transactions before, but his experience with Buyer’s Resource Realty Services was an eye-opener. As an educator himself, Darren immediately saw the critical importance of home buyer education. He soon found himself answering real estate questions for friends. He referred anyone seriously interested in buying a home to Buyer’s Resource Realty Services.
While music is Darren’s first love, he has equal passion as an educator. After years of coaching friends about home buying, he decided to obtain his license and make real estate his second career. As an Exclusive Buyer’s Agent, Darren has a service-oriented approach that takes the buyer’s unique needs into the process. As a real estate educator, advisor and fiduciary agent, Darren staunchly protects the interests of his clients. He continues to expand his industry expertise, and in 2020 obtained certification as a Pricing Strategy Advisor.
Darren’s knowledge of Central Ohio schools is an advantage to his Buyer-Clients. His long involvement in public education gives him insights to the histories and backgrounds of area school districts. His experience with the performing arts provides a wealth of information for clients who are interested in local culture and entertainment.
In is free time, Darren continues to enjoy performing at area venues. He is active in his church, and he is also a big fan of Ohio State Buckeyes Football and the Columbus Blue Jackets. Most of all, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three daughters.
